Privacy & cookie policy
How this website handles your information. Last updated: September 2026.
This policy explains how the Emanuel Parents' Association ("the EPA", "we") handles personal
information in connection with this website, the-epa.org.uk.
The short version
- This is a simple, static information website.
- We do not ask visitors to log in, and we do not run advertising or third-party tracking.
- We do not sell or share your personal data.
Cookies
The public pages of this site do not set any tracking or advertising cookies. A small number of strictly necessary technical cookies may be set by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to keep the site secure and running; these do not identify you personally.
Fonts
We use Google Fonts to display the site's typeface. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which necessarily involves your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
If you contact us
If you email the EPA, we use your message and contact details only to reply and to deal with your query. We keep such correspondence no longer than necessary.
The admin area
Committee members who manage events sign in to a private admin area, protected by Cloudflare Access. Their email addresses are used only to control that access.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to ask what we hold and to have it corrected or deleted. To make a request, email hello@the-epa.org.uk.
Contact

Committee note: have a committee member review this policy, confirm the contact email and charity details, and add the ICO registration reference if the charity is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
